Travis Freitas C. Ped
I am a Board Certified Pedorthist (C. Ped.) and I have been practicing on the Central Coast since November of 2000. A pedorthist is a specialist that fills foot and ankle related prescriptions after your physician has determined what type of device you need to have constructed for your foot or ankle. I will conduct an evaluation, cast your foot/ankle, and construct your appliance based on your physician’s prescription.
I received my Pedorthic certification through The Medical College of Wisconsin, in Milwaukee. At that time, I became the youngest certified pedorthist in the nation. I am certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics with 18 years of experience. I have 5 years of retail pedorthic experience and 14 years of clinical podiatric experience on the beautiful central coast in California.
I am married to my beautiful wife, Tanya and we have two amazing children ages 8 and 6 who keep us very busy when we aren't working long hours in the office.
In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors. I enjoy snow skiing, wake boarding, hiking and even a bit of traveling.
Living here on the Central Coast allows me to do what I love in an area that I love.
